CS Manvi Jain is a qualified Company Secretary, law graduate, and commerce graduate from the University of Delhi, with over fifteen years of experience in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and governance advisory. Her dual qualification  gives the firm a distinctive capability in corporate matters — combining substantive legal advice with technical compliance expertise under a single roof.

Ms. Jain's corporate practice covers the full spectrum of company law matters: incorporation and structuring, MCA and SEBI compliance, board governance frameworks, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and secretarial audits. She has worked with prominent business groups including Reliance, Tata, DCM, and PMI, as well as international MNC clients, and has international working exposure across China, Vietnam, Singapore, and Mauritius. This cross-border experience provides her with an applied understanding of multi-jurisdictional compliance requirements that is directly relevant to foreign companies operating in India and Indian companies with overseas interests.

In addition to her client work, Ms. Jain serves as a visiting faculty member at the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and as a guest lecturer at various colleges, contributing to the development of the next generation of CS and legal professionals. She also serves as a Director on the boards of several leading companies, bringing her governance expertise to bear in an executive capacity.
