Adv. Neha Jain has been practising law since 2008, focusing primarily on litigation services, civil and commercial disputes, and alternative dispute resolution. With over fifteen years of experience in legal representation, she has appeared before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, various Tribunals, and District Courts, effectively representing clients across a wide array of matters, including property disputes, domestic relations, commercial contracts, banking, insurance, and constitutional law.

Her client portfolio includes notable entities such as DSIIDC, Country Club India Ltd., DCM Ltd., and Purearth Infrastructure Ltd. In addition to her litigation services, Adv. Jain has cultivated a specialised expertise in mediation and arbitration. She received her mediation training at Pepperdine University, USA, and completed her Module 1 Mediation training at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in London, distinguishing her as one of the few Indian lawyers with internationally accredited qualifications in ADR.

Adv. Jain serves as an active mediator at Samadhan, which operates under the Delhi High Court, and is a respected member of Maadhyam, an ADR society, as well as the International Council of Jurists.
