ADV. NEHA JAIN

Adv. Neha Jain has been practising law since 2008, with a primary focus on litigation, civil and commercial disputes, and alternative dispute resolution. Over more than fifteen years of practice, she has appeared before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, various Tribunals, and District Courts, representing clients across a broad range of matters including property disputes, domestic relations, commercial contracts, banking, insurance, and constitutional law.

Her clients have included DSIIDC, Country Club India Ltd., DCM Ltd., and Purearth Infrastructure Ltd., among others. In addition to her litigation practice, Adv. Jain has developed a specialised expertise in mediation and arbitration. She trained in mediation at Pepperdine University, USA, and completed her Module 1 Mediation training at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London — making her one of the few Indian lawyers with internationally accredited ADR qualifications. 

She serves as an active mediator at Samadhan, Delhi High Court, and is a member of Maadhyam, an ADR society, as well as the International Council of Jurists.

Adv. Jain's practice spans both transactional and contentious work. On the transactional side, she advises on real estate matters, contract negotiation and drafting, and represents non-profit organisations in their legal and compliance requirements. Her approach combines rigorous preparation with a results-oriented focus, and she is known within the firm for her ability to handle high-stakes disputes with strategic clarity and professional composure.
