ADV. SHANTANU JAIN

Adv. Shantanu Jain serves as Managing Partner of S.B. Jain & Associates, overseeing the firm's operations, practice development, and strategic direction. He brings an unusual combination of legal training and a technology and engineering background — having completed his B.Tech from GGS Indraprastha University before pursuing his LL.B. from CCS University — which equips him with an analytical and systems-oriented approach to legal problem-solving.

His legal practice focuses primarily on taxation matters, with a particular emphasis on the new tax regime and its implications for individuals and businesses. He has also worked with international clients and professionals, advising on cross-border matters and regulatory compliance. 

As Managing Partner, he has taken on responsibility for modernising the firm's processes, expanding its practice areas, and ensuring that the firm remains current with developments in legal technology and practice management.

Adv. Jain is an enrolled advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi, the Delhi High Court, and the Sales Tax Bar Association. He combines his legal work with a commitment to continuous learning across disciplines — including data analysis, technology, and business management — which he applies to strengthening the firm's institutional capacity and client service frameworks.
