Ms. Shubhi Jain is entrusted with the responsibility of driving the Firm’s overall growth trajectory, business development, and client engagement strategies. As the Senior Partner – Strategy & Growth, she plays a pivotal role in shaping the long-term vision of the Firm and aligning its operational goals with the evolving landscape of the legal industry. Her focus extends to branding, public relations, corporate communications, and external partnerships, all of which are integral in reinforcing the Firm’s market presence and reputation as one of India’s leading law practices.

Her academic journey reflects a strong multidisciplinary foundation. She holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the University of Petroleum & Energy Studies (UPES), where she built a robust understanding of technology, systems, and innovation. Thereafter, she pursued a Master of Science in International Management at King’s College London, one of the world’s most prestigious institutions, which equipped her with a global outlook, strategic business acumen, and cross-cultural management expertise. This blend of technology and international management uniquely positions her to bring fresh perspectives and innovative practices into the Firm’s operations.

Her professional role is not confined to internal growth planning but extends to building enduring client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and diversifying the Firm’s practice areas. With her strong international exposure, she actively contributes to expanding the Firm’s global outreach, fostering collaborations, and ensuring the Firm remains future-ready in an increasingly interconnected business and regulatory environment.
